I thought this was fun - a 22-second video version of a session based on one of Moshe Feldenkrais's famed Alexander Yanai sessions, called "Seeing the Heels." By Paul Pui Wo Lee a Guild-Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner who works all over the world these days.
And if you would like, below the video is a complete version of the session (34-minutes) by myself, Ryan Nagy.
Remember - the video below is speeded up, when you do the session via my audio go s-l-o-w-l-y and g-e-n-t-l-y. 😀
Click below to play and do Ryan's session based on Alexander Yanai 2: Seeing Your Heels (34 minutes). You will need a place to lie down. Go slow and only do what is comfortable. Do not do any movement that is uncomfortable or painful to you.

To me, the Alexander Yanai sessions represent a very fertile time in Moshe's life. A time when he was experimenting not only with how to teach his work but how particular instructions and movement ideas were received by those who attended his classes. You could consider the sessions experiments where Moshe was putting his ideas into practice and seeing how people responded to them.
Nice session, Ryan! Your voice is calming and keeps me engaged, and oddly enough, I was able to feel myself better than when I’m just rolling from memorised movements from the top of my head. Good point with the importance of this lesson, it’s one of the “maintenance” lessons that indeed should be done once in a while. I myself I’m quite the forward bender, therefore this kind of lesson is challenging and I’m easily distracted. But since you encouraged us to bear with you till the end of the recording, I did, and to my benefit! Thanks again, looking forward to more, Alfons
Hi there Alfons – Great to see your comment. That is one of my favorite sessions (though a bit challenging for me). Between being a tall person and working on a laptop I tend to fold forward as well.
We are due for a skype call or something. I will give you a ring soon.
Peace!
