Pain Relief Series (Course)

Feldenkrais is gentle, and these sessions are more gentle than usual! Wonderful for letting go of pain and strain.

To use the sessions all that you need to do is lie down on a mat, carpet or bed and click the links to start listening to and doing them. The sessions will start playing automatically on your smartphone, tablet or computer as soon as you click them. Links are also sent to your email address so that you have more ways to use and benefit from the sessions.

Remember:

1) Rest whenever you want as you do the sessions!
2) Never do anything that is painful.
3) If you fall asleep or relax deeply and do not want to continue, that is normal and completely fine.
4) No need to do an entire session. Just start a session and go at your own pace and stop if you feel like it.
