Be careful with this one. It is powerful and fascinating. But easy to over muscle it. And it is complex. It took me a REALLY long time to prepare and edit this one. Nearly 16 hours just to edit the transcript and prepare for recording. I think you are going to like it.

These are advanced sessions. So go slowly and only do what you can do. Rest whenever you want. And never - never - do anything in these sessions (or any Feldenkrais session) that is painful.

Can you do these sessions if you are a beginner or new to the work? You can, but only if you know how to be gentle with yourself. If you know that you have a tendency to struggle and strain and "force" a movement, I have to tell you flat out that you should not do these sessions. Are you comfortable not being able to finish a movement sequence? That is, can you be fascinated by your (likely temporary) inability to do something? And then use that experience to learn and grow? If so, you can try these session.
